By accessing this website or purchasing Kinemble, you agree to these terms.

The product

Kinemble is a digital library of text prompts for generating animated websites with third-party AI builders (such as Lovable, Cursor or Bolt), accompanied by live demo pages that illustrate the design direction of each prompt.

Important expectations

• AI builders are generative tools operated by third parties. Outputs vary by tool, model version and your own instructions. The demos illustrate the intended direction — we do not guarantee identical results.
• Kinemble is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party AI builder, and does not include access to those tools or their subscription costs.

Your account and access

Lifetime access means access to the library and its updates for the lifetime of the product, tied to the email used at purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALD Ai Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the prompts or generated outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run Kinemble:

• Waitlist: your email address, used only to notify you about Kinemble early access and product updates. We never sell or share your email. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
• Analytics: basic, cookie-free page statistics (page visited, referrer, browser type and IP address) used to understand traffic. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
• Purchases: handled by our payment provider; we receive your email and order details, never your card number.

To have your data removed, email hello@davidsantos-ai.com and we will delete it.

Refund policy

If Kinemble is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no hoops — just tell us what didn't work so we can improve.

Because prompts are instantly accessible digital content, repeated purchase-refund cycles or evidence of bulk copying may lead us to decline a refund.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, lifetime license to use every prompt in the library.

You can

• Use the prompts to build unlimited websites and interfaces.
• Use the results in personal, commercial and client projects.
• Modify and combine prompts freely. Everything you generate is yours.

You cannot

• Resell, redistribute, publish or share the prompts themselves (free or paid), in whole or in substantial part.
• Include the prompts in another prompt library, template pack or competing product.
• Share your access with people outside your immediate team.
